Biography

Ibuki is passionate about connecting students, educators, nonprofits, and industry partners to expand career exploration and work-based learning opportunities. Through her work, she supports programs and partnerships that provide students with hands-on learning experiences, pathways to high-demand careers, and opportunities that promote social mobility. Prior to joining 91制片厂, Ibuki worked in work-based learning and Career & Technical Education (CTE), supporting employer engagement, student-centered initiatives, and collaborative events that connected students with real-world opportunities.

Education

Ibuki holds a Bachelor of Arts in Intercultural Communication from Rikkyo University in Japan, where she developed a strong foundation in cross-cultural communication, global perspectives, and community engagement.
